How to reset my password & username

If you are already registered with Call Before You Dig but have forgotten your password, this can be reset by clicking the "Forgot Password" link underneath the login fields:

The Reset Password page will appear. Simply type in your username and email address then click Reset Password:

You will then receive an email to the address on your account that contains a link to reset your password.

Tips:

• If you are unsure of your username, often it is your email address. If this does not work, or if your email address has changed, please contact our Help Desk on 811 or 1-800-922-4455 so an operator can securely retrieve your login details over the phone.
• Once you have logged in, we recommend changing the password to something else by going to your Account settings. The password must include both numbers and letters, and be at least 6 characters long. Click here for more information on editing your Account details.
