If you are ever part-way through an inquiry and need to exit back to the Home screen, Call Before You Dig allows you to retrieve your ticket later on.
When you click the X on the top-right corner of your screen while creating a new ticket, you will be prompted to Save or Discard the current you are currently working on.
Working on a Saved ticket
From the dashboard, click the New Ticket button, and you will be asked to either continue the previous draft or discard and start a new one.
Please note that only one ticket can be saved at a time. If you have a saved inquiry already and then save a second job, the first one will be overwritten.
