This option is available on the Actions menu immediately after you have submitted a ticket. If you have multiple requests to lodge, all with (more or less) the same Ticket Details, you can click the Copy button to help speed up your lodging process:
In Copy mode, the Ticket Details will pre-fill according to the settings on the previous ticket. These can be edited if need be. You will also need to select this job's Start and Completion dates:
After you click Next, the Location page will load as normal. Enter the search details for the new site, draw the location on the map, and submit the new ticket. A new request will be created and the relevant utility owners in the area will be notified as normal.
